"Luganskteplovoz" (LTPL)
Luganskteplovoz (LTPL) is a monopoly producer of diesel and electro locomotives, as well as alternating and constant current electric trains in Ukraine. LTPL also produces equipment for trams, intercity trains, and mining. Currently, the company operates at 30% capacity. The government’s 75% stake in the company was privatized by Russia’s Transmashholding in March 2007.
