Centrenergo (CEEN) is Ukraine’s third largest power GenCo, with 7.6 GW of installed capacity accounting for 27% of Ukraine’s thermal generating facilities. The company’s three plants are highly diversified and located in heavily developed and industrialized parts of Ukraine (Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Kyiv regions) that cover an area of 86,000 km2, or 14.3% of the country’s territory. Centrenergo covers the energy needs of large machine-building, metals and chemicals plants.
