Zaporizhkoks (ZACO)
Zaporizhkoks (ZACO) is a major Ukrainian coke producer with 10% market share. ZACO produced 1.9 mln t of coke, or 10% of Ukraine’s total in 2006. About 93% of ZACO’s output was delivered to Zaporizhstal in 2006. The company operates at full throttle, with its capacity utilization rate approaching 100% in 2006. Currently, System Capital Management (SCM) controls 51% of Zaporizhkoks, while Zaporizhstal holds the remaining 42%.
