Viktoria Mikhalyo General Director Viktoria Mikhalyo began working with Alfa Capital from the very first day the company was created in 1995. She started her career here as Chief Accountant. In 1997, she became Financial Director of the company. Viktoria brokered bold and ambitious deals, as well as successfully completed resonant projects, at a time when the Ukrainian stock market was in its first stages of development. In 2000, she became Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine. In 2005, the Group’s business in Ukraine was once again divided, with Alfa Capital restarting its work on the Ukrainian market in 2006 under Mikhalyo’s leadership. She graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 1994 and completed her graduate studies in economics there in 1997.
	Sergey Grigorian Head of International Equity Sales Sergey has worked on the Ukrainian equities market for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Alfa Capital as Head of International Sales, Sergey served as Head of Trading for CSFB’s representative office in Kyiv from 1996-1999. In 2003-2005, he directed the International Sales Department at Alfa-Bank Ukraine. Alfa Group’s business in Ukraine was once again divided in 2005 and Alfa Capital reemerged onto the Ukrainian market in 2006, with Sergey Grigorian returning as Head of International Sales. He received his technical degree from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation.
	Ivan Shehavtsov International Equity Sales Ivan joined Alfa Capital in 2006. He has worked in the financial sector since 2004, previously at large Russian companies as a marketing specialist, where he successfully developed and conducted his business. He received his degree in economics from the Russian Economics Academy n.a. G.V. Plekhanov.
	Denis Dolmatov Trade Operations Denis has been in the investment business since 1999, when he joined the asset management team at VABank. In a few short years on the equities market, Denis quickly transitioned from a manager to head of the brokerage sales department at the bank. He joined Alfa Capital in the summer of 2006 as a trader. Denis received his master’s in economics from Kyiv State Economic University in 1999.
	Oleh Yuzefovych Analyst Oleh joined Alfa Capital in 2006. As an analyst, he covers the telecommunications and metals sectors. Oleh received his BA from Kryviy Rih Technical University 2001 and his master’s degree in economics from Kyiv Mohyla Academy in 2004.
	Denis Shauruk Analyst Denis Shauruk joined Alfa Capital in 2007. Previously, he worked as a senior analyst at IFG Sokrat and as an intern at both Belvnesheconombank and ING Bank Ukraine. Denis is a specialist in the engineering and chemicals sectors. He received his MA in Economics (EERC) from KyivMohylaAcademy and a BA with a specialization in finance from BelarusStateEconomicUniversity.
